Terms & Conditions for bookings

Upon booking into a Group Workshop you are agreeing to the above class details and the terms below. 

Full Group Workshop cost is $550 AU - your investment includes:

12 hours of independent childbirth education with a certified Hypnobirthing Australia™ Practitioner in small groups of up to 6 couples;

Professionally printer Hypnobirthing Australia™ Certified Resource Booklet; 

4 downloadable tracks that include 2 Australian accent self -hypnosis tracks that are spoken by Melissa Spilsted; 

eBook ‘Little Book of Hypnobirthing’ and;

Tea, coffee and snacks (morning and afternoon tea for all day classes and supper for evening classes) provided to each group class (COVID safe so sealed products).

A secure a place in a class a non refundable deposit of $150 is required at time of booking and payable on booking either via website (acuity booking and PayPal) or directly booking in via phone, text or email with Nikki from Connected Hypnobirthing and paying by Bank Deposit.

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the course start date, an email with invoice will be sent.  

Flexible payment options available for special circumstances so please contact me via email to discuss. 

Group and private class bookings the deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will be offered at my discretion under special circumstances.

Cancellation Policy 

In the event you can not attend a group course due to COVID related illness, you will be sent a Zoom link to join the live group course online from the comfort of your own home if you are well enough to do so. 

If you are unable to attend a group class or via zoom a private course due illness then an attempt to reschedule into another group class will be made but if you are unable to attend due to time restrictions with due date and timing of classes offered to completed the required units then a private session will be made, around my availability, at an additional cost of $200 for a full day will be required. 

If you miss a class for whatever reason, you may arrange a mutually convenient time with Nikki from Connected Hypnobirthing to book a private make up session at an additional $100 per unit (3 hours duration) OR you may attend the next group class attending the missed units only and subject to availability and if time allows (due date considered). Or purchasing the online course $199 to complete the course will be required. 

If you cannot attend the course you are enrolled in for whatever reason, you may cancel within 7 days of the scheduled course and be entitled to a refund of your payment minus the $150 non-refundable deposit (compassionate reasons are considered). 

In the unlikely circumstance that Connected Hypnobirthing needs to cancel a class, priority will be to reschedule a class, if this is not a possibility there will be a offer of part (if part of the course has already been completed) or full (if the course has not yet commenced) refund. Classes cancelled due to COVID full refund will be honoured.

The website Connected Hypnobirthing is operated by Nikki Jones (ABN: 20221221768) Sole trader. 

Access to and use the website and any of its associated products, is provided by Nikki Jones. 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. 

By using, browsing and/or reading the website, this indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms. 

Nikki Jones reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. 

Acceptance of the Terms may also be by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this is an option. 

Personal Information - when booking into a class or hire a product you will be required to provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, estimated due date, care provider details. You agree that all that you have provided is true and correct. Your personal information is kept in accordance with Nikki Jones Privacy Policy which can be accessed via the website. 

Purchase of Products, class and return policy. In purchasing services or products through the website, you will agree to the payment amount required at the time of purchase and price listed on the website for the chosen product. Payment of the purchase through the website will be made by PayPal. Following the payment of the purchase, confirmation will be made with a receipt by Nikki Jones via email to confirm that payment has been received. If you would prefer to pay by bank deposit please email Nikki for enrolment form and payment details. 

Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

There are no refunds for Eproducts so please keep this in mind when making a purchase. 

Hypnobirthing Australia Classes with Nikki - the website offers you the opportunity to book in and purchase in person face to face hypnobirthing workshop, the Hypnobirthing Australia™ ‘Positive Birth Program’ with Nikki Jones. If you purchase a hypnobirthing workshop, you are agreeing to the purchasing terms and conditions provided at the point of purchase. I, Nikki Jones, agrees to provide you with the service for you, for the fees, at the location and on the dates and times set out on the Hypnobirthing Workshop information page. 

The course once commenced is non refundable, this means if you wish to terminate your involvement early, you will not be provided with a refund, unless this is due to covid/sickness and at the sole discretion of Nikki Jones. Depending on availability I may allow you to alter your booking to allow you to participate in a Workshop of an alternative date. Any requests to alter your booking must be made in writing to nikki@connectedhypnobirthing.com.au at least 7 days prior to the Hypnobirthing Workshop commencing. 

If the Hypnobirthing Workshop is cancelled by Nikki Jones before the scheduled start date and time, for any reason, you will receive a full refund of the fees if not commenced yet or part refund if half way through the course and this will be communicated with you directly. If the course is rescheduled, which could occur at anytime, and you are not able to attend the new dates, a full refund will be provided. 

Nikki Jones will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of the Workshop. 

If at Nikki Jones’s discretion based on SA Health advise that the workshop is unable to be provided in person due to COVID 19, the workshop will be converted to online Zoom event. The non refundable deposit will NOT be refunded but if you wish to no longer attend the workshop via zoom the remaining course cost will be refunded if requested in writing to nikki@connectedhypnobirthing.com.au. 

The Hypnobirthing Australia™ program (including face-to-face classes, online Hypnobubs™® course, products and resources) are designed to teach individuals to use their own natural abilities to bring their mind and their body into a state of relaxation. The content of classes is in no way intended to be represented as medical advice or as a prescription for medical procedure. Individuals should seek the advice of a health-care provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding their pregnancy, labour, or birth.

By accepting these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that you will in no way hold the instructor, Nikki Jones, of the hypnobirthing classes, hypnobubs™®, Hypnobirthing Australia™, its owner/s, or its representative/s responsible for any special circumstances that could arise as a result of your pregnancy, labour, or the birth of your child; and agree that neither yourself nor any member of your family will make any claim or initiate any suit against any of the above-named parties now or at any time in the future.

You also agree not to take photos/video during the course, without obtaining express consent from relevant parties. I ask you request intellectual property of others, as I will do the same. 

This site may link you to other sites on the Internet or otherwise include references to information, documents, software, materials and/or services provided by other parties. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. Hypnobirthing Australia™ uses the Kajabi online membership platform (a 3rd-party provider) to host resources which are then made available to clients. Upon successful completion of your order, Hypnobirthing Australia create a membership account for you on Kajabi which enables you to access and download your digital resources and view the content for a limited time only.

Please note the following access expiry periods apply to our products:

Hypnobirthing Australia Classes (Online Resources)

Available to ‘Positive Birth Program’, ‘Positive Birth Indigenous Program’ and ‘Positive Caesarean Birth Program’ course attendees only.

Access to our online membership portal is limited to 24-months. You can save all of the pdfs, ebooks and mp3s to your computer for future access beyond the 24 month access period, however, please note that there isn’t a way to save the videos.

Hypnobubs Online Courses

Hypnobubs™ online course products are available to all enrolled students for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. You can save all of the pdfs, ebooks and mp3s to your computer for future access beyond the 12 month access period, however, please note that there isn’t a way to save the videos.

MP3 Albums, eBooks (including Product Bundles)

MP3 Albums and eBooks purchased from our website are available for download for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Acupressure for Labour & Birth

Dr Kate Levett’s ‘Acupressure for Labour & Birth’ course is available for viewing to all enrolled students for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please ensure you download your resources, MP3 tracks, eBooks prior to expiry otherwise you will need to re-purchase. Sorry, no exceptions as we need to factor in the hosting, membership and administration costs involved.
