My Intention
It is important to me to create an experience for you that is fun, engaging and informative. I want to you leave our time together feeling empowered, educated, well prepared and with the right mindset and techniques (that actually work) to create the birth you desire.
As an experienced midwife, I am familiar with the maternity care options in Adelaide, so whether you are planning to birth in a private or public hospital, in a birth centre or at home, I will show you how to create the perfect birthing environment regardless of where you chose to birth to make it one that will support your hypnobirthing journey.
I encourage an open mind (and heart) when learning the tools and techniques within the course. The more open you are the more you will gain from the experience and the more equipped you will feel to face your labour and birth calmly.
